What if I need help placing an order?
We are happy to assist you with placing or changing your order. Please contact us by email at or call us at + 852 8191 4743 Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM GMT+7 (excluding bank holidays).
When will my order be shipped?
We are located in Indonesia and we ship worldwide using standard (international) delivery by Indonesian Post or UPS post service. All items will be shipped by registered mail including insurance. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with information about your purchase. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact our Bird's Milk Customer Service by phone or email
How can I track my order?
After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track your package.
Can I remove items from my order?
Items cannot be removed from an order once it has been placed without contacting the Bird's Milk Customer Service. If you would like to remove items from your order you must contact our Bird's Milk Customer Service by email to receive more information.
Will I be charged country specific duties and taxes on my online order?
Please be aware that shipping to international destinations may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures for incoming packages. Moona Group Ltd. does not have information on customs of duties and cannot estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing an order. Moona Group Ltd. is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Moona Group Ltd. issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
Can I return an item if I don't like it?
Yes, we are pleased to offer our clients free returns within 7 (seven) days of receiving your purchase. Click here to review our complete return policy.
Can I exchange a product I purchased for something else?
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one Bird's Milk item in place of another, simply return your original purchase for a refund by following our Return Guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like.
How long do I have to return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 (seven) days from the invoice date. Your return must be in compliance with our Return Guidelines found here. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in compliance with our Return Guidelines.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned item?
Once a return has been received your refund will be applied to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
If there are any discrepancies with your refund amount, please contact our Bird's Milk Customer Service by email for more information.
How do I know what size ring to order?
If you have a ring that you wear and want to order the same size, you can download and print our ring sizing guide.
How do I know what size bracelet to order?
Sizing is very easy to determine. Wrap a flexible tape measure or ribbon tightly around wrist and add 1/2 of an inch to the tight measurement. Add a full inch to tight measurement for stone or bead bracelets.

What does it mean by 'Sterling silver'?
This means that 92.5% is silver, and this percentage classifies it as 'Sterling'. This is the 'normal' standard of silver items in the US and Europe.
How should I look after my jewelry?
A piece of fine jewelry from the Bird's Milk Store is an investment in impeccable craftsmanship and extraordinary design. In workshops of our brands, master craftsmen employ their skills to realise fine jewellery designed to be part of your life.
Cautious care will contribute to preserving the original gloss and elegance and may prohibit future repair and restoration of your fine jewellery. This way, it may even be passed on from one generation to the next.
Remove all jewelry before showering or cleaning. Soap can cause a film to form, making it appear dull and dingy. By preventing the formation of this film you immediately reduce the occasions of servicing.
If you think, that the leather or stones on your bracelet need cleaning, simply spot clean where needed with a damp cloth. Polish silver or gold with a jewelry polishing cloth for best results. You can use a svelte, but the professional cloths are the best.
How should I store my jewellery?
All Bird's Milk jewelry comes in a Wooden Box. This is a great way to store your jewelry when they are not being worn.
