Delivery in case of the availability of the product
Once we have gotten your order and confirmed the payment, the item will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery times may vary between 1-2 weeks, depending on the availability of the item, the postal and custom services of your country.

Orders are not processed on the weekend and public holidays

Burma, Congo, Cote d'ivoire, Hong-Kong, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, Zimbabwe
Notes: If you are receiving your order outside of Indonesia, you will be responsible for all taxes / duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.
We would be thrilled to make the delivery times as short as possible; however the timing of the customs services and mail carriers is out of our hands!
Shipping an unavailable item
Since all of our jewelry is handmade and have a limited circulation, not all items may be available. If so, we will inform you in your confirmation email. On average, we will spend within 1-2 weeks to make the requested item, although this timeframe depends on our current workload and a number of items you order.

The production time of our items confirms their originality and status. Handmade products were valued for their unique worth throughout time.

Refund Policy
We hope that our jewelry will warm your heart for many years. But if you are unhappy with the purchase for any reason, you can always return your order. We want all our customers to be satisfied with our services. You can return the purchase within 7 (seven) days after receiving the item. You just need to notify us about your decision by email, send pictures of the item in the package, and send the parcel back.

We do not pay back the postal costs for refunds in the Bird's Milk store. You can receive your money back only on the same card from which the payment was processed once we receive the returned item. The item must be without damage and in its original packaging. We recommend you to send a parcel with a tracking number to be sure in its safety.
The refund process is as follows:
you send us an email with the photo of the item and inform us about your decision to return it.
You send the item back as a parcel with a tracking number. Please do not forget to send us the tracking number of the parcel.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Exception: Unfortunately we don't offer free return service for refund if you live in one of the following countries: Egypt, Czech Republic, Russia, China, Poland, Spain, England. Africa, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Taiwan, New Zealand, Nigeria.
